A Typical Day
A typical day as experienced by a dog staying at Burnside:

8am - my hatch is opened so I can go into my indiviual outside run while I wait until it is my turn to go into the paddock.

8am - 9am - I go out into the secure paddock with my human carer so I can run around and go to the toilet before breakfast. While I am outside another human sweeps and cleans my kennel as necessary and my water is changed so I have plenty of fresh water for the day ahead.

9am - 10am - I am given my breakfast.
12 noon - 2pm - I am taken out into the secure paddock again so I can go to the toilet, run around and spend time sniffing all the amazing smells as well as play with my human carer and get a treat.

2pm - 4pm - my human carer takes me out into the secure paddock once again so I can run around, play, do lots of sniffing and go to the toilet.

4pm - 5pm - I am given my dinner.

8pm - 10pm - my human carer takes me out into the secure paddock one last time so I can go to the toilet before bedtime. The hatch to my individual run is then closed for the night and my water is topped up so I have plenty of fresh water for nightime. When I come back inside I get a treat and settle down for a good sleep.
